Jane was born and raised near London, England. Upon completion of Secretarial College she joined a commercial real estate company in London and worked for ten years as the Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner.
After meeting, and marrying, her husband Mark she spent the next twenty-five years living primarily in Asia – Hong Kong, Korea, Malaysia and the Philippines. Jane spent 16 years in Hong Kong where her career in real estate took off. Jane and another partner formed Victoria Properties which specialized in residential real estate and relocation service for senior executives of Hong Kong based Fortune 500 international companies. They sold the Company in 1995 and remained as Directors of the company until Jane moved from Hong Kong to the United States in 2000.
The hallmark of Victoria Properties was the strict attention to detail and the passion to provide the highest level of service to their clients. They worked with their clients from the moment they began their home search until the family moved into their new home and were completely at ease with the neighborhood, shopping, schools and what ever else the client required to feel at home in Hong Kong.
Jane joined Russ Lyon Realty Company in March 2001 and achieved a top producer ranking within two years. In February 2005 she was invited to join The Equitable Real Estate Company where she works with two colleagues in the Fine Living Team.
Her many community activities include: Chair of the Membership Advisory Committee for the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce and on both the Board and Executive Committee for the Chamber, on both the Board and Executive Committee for Scottsdale Leadership – President Elect, and graduate of Class 19; Board member of the British American Business Council and Board member of the McDowell Mountain Ranch Home Owners Association.
